Only One Road Leads To The Land Of Gold: 001 Teddy and Kristen are once again on the road to the next Smackdown! Normally the couple drives just the two of them but recently a guest has been joining them on their drive, The Show Off, Dolph Ziggler. Teddy and Kristen are in the front seat talking amongst themselves while Dolph seemingly is asleep in the back. Teddy Hart I’ll be so glad when all this planning for the wedding will be over and we can go back to normal life. Kristen Mellissa Well, you are the one who proposed to me. You knew that with asking someone to marry you comes planning for a wedding. So I don’t want to hear anymore complaining. Teddy Hart You know we are going to Vegas, why don’t we just forget all this planning and get eloped this weekend. Dolph who had been pretending to sleep in the backseat had a sudden panic attack inside and struggled to stay asleep not wanting to say anything. It was one thing chasing after a girl who was engaged but another after one who was married. He was about to say something but Kristen was already on top of answering Teddy. Kristen Mellissa Hahahaha. You think that after all this planning I would just elope? You think that I am the type of woman who’s dream it is to have her first wedding at a chapel where someone pretending to be Elvis is asking me and you if we want to be married. You know what I think, I think you must have either got hit in the head last week during your match harder than I thought, or either you are taking something and not telling me because if you think I want something like that then something has to be messing with your head. A slight smirk came across the face of Dolph sitting in the back. He fought to keep it from showing in the rearview mirror not wanting to enter this discussion with those two. It was hard enough just having to listen to it, let alone be a part of it. Teddy on the other hand had an annoyed look on his face. Teddy Hart Really, do you have to take everything so seriously? I was joking, I don’t want to get eloped in Vegas. It’s just this whole situation is stressing me out. I can’t even fully focus on my matches because I’m worrying about this wedding. I haven’t faced anyone of any real significance the last few weeks so I have been able to just get by, but I can’t afford to be distracted this week. This week is what we have been waiting for. Kristen Mellissa Oh, so now the truth is really coming out huh. I’m a distraction to you. Is that it?! If I am such a distraction then why did you ask me to marry you in the first place? Teddy let out a sigh knowing that this conversation was taking a turn for the worse. He wasn’t sure if he wanted to say anything else at all knowing that whatever he said at this moment would only make it worse. He took a few moments before answering anything. Dolph was in the backseat thinking this couldn’t get any better for him. Could it be that Teddy and Kristen wouldn’t actually make it to the wedding and he would have a chance with Kristen? If he just played his cards right he might be able to get her after all. Teddy Hart I asked you to marry to marry me because of who you are. All the fire you possess, the way you always speak your mind. The way you drive me crazy and make me love at the same time. The way I know I couldn’t live this life without you in it since the day I met you. I’m sorry if I upset you. We are both stressed right now and it’s putting us both on edge. But I want you to know that we will make it through this just like everything else we have gone through so far. Teddy reached over and placed his hand over Kristen’s. Despite herself she couldn’t help but show a slight smile. She looked over at Teddy and didn’t say a word but instead nodded. Meanwhile, in the backseat Dolph’s euphoria was dissipating and a sense of wanting to throw up was overriding his mood. He was beginning to hope that they were near the arena so that he wouldn’t have to put up with this much longer. The rest of the ride was rode in silence no one in the vehicle speaking a word. Only One Road Leads To The Land Of Gold: 002 After arriving at the arena Dolph and Teddy went to the locker room to begin getting ready for their match tonight. Dolph gets dressed and ready fairly quickly while Teddy seems to be taking his time. Dolph has his Iphone out and is texting. There had been silence between the two for some time with neither wanting to break it and speak up. Teddy Hart Who are you texting over there? You have been at it for a while now. Dolph looking up from his phone shoots a smile over at Teddy before deciding to respond. Dolph Ziggler Wouldn’t you like to know. Don’t be jealous now that you are taken and don’t have all the girls blowing up your phone. I’m still single and have to keep busy you know. Teddy shoots a glare towards Dolph but nothing serious knowing his best friend and him were just the same when he was single. That was one of the main reasons the two had become friends at first. Teddy couldn’t help but smile somewhat. Dolph not waiting for an answer from Teddy goes back to his phone texting. He didn’t want to tell Teddy who he was texting because he was texting Christy and Kristen. Teddy Hart Well, anyway, what about our match this week? I still don’t see how you got the World title shot while I get the US title shot when you lost the past two weeks and I won the past two weeks. If you ask me, I think William Regal must have a thing for you if you ask me. Dolph Ziggler Well, why shouldn’t he have a thing for me? I am the greatest thing God ever made. I mean look at me. But, that isn’t what it is, you see, I am the Show-Off or have you forgotten? I may have lost those matches, but they were the matches everyone wanted to see. You may have won but let’s face it, you didn’t put on a show like I did. Teddy Hart Ha, you are full of yourself. You know that if it comes down to you or me, I will always outdo you in a wrestling ring. My moves are more than some can bare. I can’t help the guys in the ring couldn’t keep up with me. But you know what, that’s okay, I’m going to win the US title and then because we such good friends, when you win that World title you are going to give me a title shot. To make it fair it can even be a Title vs Title match, winner take all. Dolph Ziggler Who do I look like, Hulk Hogan? I’m not that stupid. I’ll face you in the ring any time you want, but it won’t be for my World title. I plan on holding that title for a very long time so you will just have to get used to wearing the US title. Speaking of, how will it feel being a Canadian holding the US title! Hahaha! Just thinking about it makes me laugh. Teddy Hart Well, when I win it, I’ll just have to rename it, the Canadian Championship! Why in the world would I want to represent America? I mean I don’t see how you stand living here. But don’t plan on keeping your title that long Dolph, I mean, I will get a shot eventually and when I do, it will be the greatest match in WWE history, but there will also be a new champion, me. Dolph Ziggler Well let’s get through those opponents tonight before we start to make any championship plans shall we. Tonight there is the potential to put on a show so great that it will only ravel what it will be like when you and I are in a ring facing each other. Tonight there are the best the company has in the ring. Let’s face it, we are the future of the business. It’s about time that all those old timer’s finally let go and let us start stealing the show. Teddy Hart Yeah, there time had come and gone. Besides, they couldn’t keep up with us. Tonight with all of us in the ring it will be a showcase of what this company should be looking at for years to come. But, when all is said and done, you and I will be the two standing on top of the mountain. It is our time to rise. It’s our time to shine. Dolph Ziggler It’s our time to SHOW OFF!!!!!!!!!
