Teddy Hart 07-19-2013

Teddy and Kristen are on the road heading to North Dakota in the midst of a conversation about the impending wedding. Teddy is keeping his eyes focused on the road while Kristen is talking about the plans she has so far and what is left to do in the planning. She looks over at Teddy who seems to be distracted and not listening to her. Kristen Mellissa Are you paying attention to what I’m saying or are you ignoring me again! You know I hate having to deal with all this wedding stuff too but you can’t just keep ignoring the fact that it is here. Just remember you are the one who proposed to me, not me to you. So you are going to have to suck it up and start being a man and help make these plans so that it can be done. Teddy Hart I’m paying attention to you. I could never ignore you. I just don’t want to deal with all of this. I have already done my one of my three things the guy is responsible for in a wedding. I have asked you to marry me, I have picked the best man, now I just need to show up and say; I do, right? Kristen Mellissa No! You are such a pig sometimes. Don’t you know that guys help plan weddings theses days! Teddy Hart I don’t really care about what everything looks like and where everyone sits. I don’t need to know what food is there, what flowers are going to be used. The only thing I am going to be focused on is seeing you in that dress walking toward me. It’s not like I’ll be paying attention to who is there and what it looks like around me. Kristen Mellissa That is very sweet of you, but don’t think a sweet comment is going to help you get out of helping me plan this. We don’t’ have that much longer and the wedding will be here. It’s not like I had a year to plan this thing like normal people do. And if that isn’t enough, we have to have it on live TV so everything has got to be perfect. Teddy Hart Look, I know you are stressed right now but when everyone sees you in that wedding dress, everything is going to just fade away because they are going to realize that they are then looking at the most beautiful woman in the world. Then they are going to be jealous because the only person who can have you is me. Kristen Mellissa Teddy! I told you to stop that sweet talking! You are not getting out of this. Teddy Hart Damn…can we at least talk about something else for a few minutes to help get my mind back on track, like my match this week. Do you know anything about this guy Rene Dupree? Kristen Mellissa Other than the fact that he couldn’t cut it in the big leagues and has been working around the minors no. He seems to have just resurfaced but if you ask me he still doesn’t look like he has improved much. You shouldn’t really even worried about this match. Teddy Hart I worry about every opponent. The one mistake I can make at this point though is not taking each person as a serious threat. If I go in there saying I’m going to win and not prepare for my opponent they could catch me off guard. I’d probably still win, but I’d rather be able to go in and win, making it look easy. Kristen Mellissa Well, making this match look easy should be much of a problem considering who you are facing. Just go out there and do what you normally do and you will win again this week. Now that we are done talking about this match though, because I know you, you were trying to side track me because you know I’d rather talk about wrestling than a wedding, but it’s not going to be that easy, not this time. Teddy sighed as Kristen turned the music down in the car as they continued to drive down the road. She started to explain what she was thinking about for colors, and who she wanted at the reception. Teddy listened to Kristen and reluctantly started to give his ever so slight opinion on what he thought as the couple made their way to the arena in North Dakota.
